Because I had a grandmother with abundant energy into her 90s, I’ve learned to never blame age as a reason for my low energy. When I found myself exhausted and worn out, I first reviewed the food I was eating and, second, the exercise I was getting. If you are feeling very low energy, make 3 drinks/day for 14 days.

HOW: 1 CUP EACH OF BROCCOLI, CUCUMBER, SPINACH AND GREEN GRAPES. 1 SCOOP POWDERED GREENS. ADD 2 TBSP MAPLE SYRUP, AND/OR LEMON JUICE AND/OR 2 TBSP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. THEN FILL WITH WATER. BLEND FOR 40 SECONDS. MAKES 32 OZ.
