At Lovett Chiropractic, we have a strong conviction that mobility is the key to longevity.
Since 1981 we have proven in practice over and over that most chronic and new pain symptoms are not based on age. Rather most musculoskeletal pain symptoms start from injury, bad posture over time, or lack of movement in daily activities.
Your body is built to survive. Whenever it feels stress and tension on the joints, it will protect itself to prevent damage by locking down on the affected joints. This will cause outward posture abnormalities you can see in the mirror. This can quickly or gradually lead to pain symptoms.
